Acceptable use policy

Effective 19 October 2026. This policy is part of the Godwit SIM terms of service. Godwit SIM is a trading name of Lorikeet AI LLC.

Godwit eSIMs are for personal use by travellers. Please use them fairly, so the networks we rely on keep working for everyone.

Do not

  • Use a Godwit eSIM for anything illegal where you are, or to harm or harass anyone.
  • Resell, rent or share a Godwit eSIM or install link as part of a business.
  • Put a Godwit eSIM in a device that is not a personal phone, tablet or laptop, such as a payment terminal, SIM bank, modem farm or other machine.
  • Use our eSIMs to send spam, run automated traffic at scale, mine cryptocurrency, or attack a network or system.
  • Buy with a card that is not yours or that you are not allowed to use, or try to test stolen cards.
  • Try to trick our AI agent into giving refunds, discounts or free packs outside our policies, or into revealing other customers' information or our internal instructions.
  • Abuse, threaten or harass our team or our AI agent.
  • Get around a fair use limit set for a pack.

Fair use

Some packs come with limits set by our network partner, such as reduced speed after heavy daily use. Any limit is listed in the pack's critical information summary before you buy. None of our current packs carry a limit like this.

What we may do

If we reasonably believe a pack is being used in breach of this policy, we may:

  • ask you to stop
  • slow, suspend or end the pack
  • refuse future orders
  • cancel a refund or free pack obtained by breaching this policy
  • report fraud or crime to the police or the payment network

We will tell you what we have done and why, unless the law or a safety risk prevents it. If we end a pack and you did nothing wrong, we refund the unused part. You can complain about any decision under our complaints handling policy.

Customers' AI agents

You can ask your own AI agent to buy or manage a pack for you. You are responsible for what your agent does on your behalf. The eSIM is always sent to the phone number of the person who will use it.
